You will receive a confirmation email with an order
number within 24 hours of placing your order (orders placed
anytime after 5pm EST on Friday through Sunday will receive
confirmation on Monday). If you do not receive an order number
please contact us.
Your order will be canceled if we do not receive credit authorization.
In this case you will be contacted by e-mail. Please reorder
with verified credit card number, billing and shipping address.
To ensure a secure transaction, all credit card information
is encrypted during transmission and then stored on a secure
server. Your credit card is charged only when your order is
shipped and your credit card information is never reused except
to issue refunds or make other required adjustments.
Merchandise will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS)
or United Parcel Service (UPS). USPS & UPS cannot deliver
to a PO Box so please use a valid street address for the ship
to address. Our U.S. ground shipping charges start at $5.95.
Shipping charges are calculated according to weight. If you
are located outside of the United States you may be responsible
for duty fees or other taxes. There is an additional fee for
Two Day and Overnight freight. Your purchase will be shipped
out within 5 business days.
Bloomin Designs gladly accepts MasterCard and Visa. Your billing
address must match your credit card statement address.
Bloomin Designs is required by law to charge sales tax on
orders shipped to NY addresses. No sales tax will be applied
to orders shipped to addresses in other states.
All Elissa Bloom items undergo a careful system of quality
control to insure that every piece meets our high standard
of excellence. Still, if for some reason you are not satisfied
with your selection, we will gladly exchange the item or credit
your credit card. In the event that you need to return merchandise,
please do so within 15 days of the order date. We're happy
to exchange or credit your credit card if returned within

to let us know what you would like to return, before you return
it. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description
of the item you wish to return, and a daytime contact phone
number. We will then contact you with a return authorization
(RA) number and the address where to ship your return. You
must write the RA number on the outside of the box in order
for the return to be accepted. You are responsible for the
cost of shipping the product for return/exchange.
Items returned without an RA number, past 15 days, or not
in original condition will not be accepted. Shipping charges
incurred for exchanges will be billed to customer.
We ask that merchandise is returned in its original condition
(unused) with tags attached and that you include a copy of
the invoice or packing slip along with your reason for return.
Returns must be packed carefully using our original shipping
box & packing materials, and securely wrapped. For your
security, please send returns with an insured courier (e.g.,
FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Bloomin
Designs is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Upon receipt of returned items, we will promptly issue an
exchange or credit. Please allow at least two weeks for your
return to be processed. A credit should appear on your credit
card account within two billing cycles.
